The Richland Band program consists of two elementary concert bands, three high school concert bands, and marching band (grades 7-12). The group strives for excellence in music and leadership in all facets of the program. Band students consistently and successfully audition for honors ensembles through the Cambria County Band Directors Association as well as Pennsylvania Music Educators Association. In addition to school concerts and football games, the Richland Bands perform in parades and other community events in and around the Johnstown area.
